What relaxation for musicians and non-musicians brings about

Relaxation is all about balance and constant adjustment between tension and physical and mental release.

It requires:

– SELF AWARENESS, i.e. being able to acknowledge what you are experiencing at any given time

– CARE AND KINDNESS, i.e. choosing those paths that lead to greater harmony

– JOYFUL APPRECIATION towards the teachings you have gained from any challenges encountered

– COMMITMENT AND COURAGE to keep on expressing your skills and abilities

Stress and tension are part of our life. But something interesting happens when you relax in awareness: stress itself  provides you the necessary energy rather than destroy you.
